A Sequel To Kind Words Is In Development

During the Day of the Devs: The Game Awards Edition showcase, Popcannibal, a game developer and publisher, announced that they are working on a sequel to Kind Words. The new game, simply titled Kind Words 2, aims to build upon the calming and heartwarming gameplay of its predecessor. Players will now be able to explore more than just the main bedroom setting and can venture out into a larger city landscape. This includes visiting coffee shops to pen poetry, ascending mountains to share wishes, or interacting with non-playable characters (NPCs) to engage in pleasant conversations.

As of now, there is no specified release date for Kind Words 2, and it's still unclear which platforms it will premiere on. However, we've been informed that a playtest is imminent, so stay tuned for further updates.
